9. ___ Registration Basic $25 per adult suggested as a free will offering. This extremely low fee is to insure that no one is kept from attending by the cost to do so.
* Since the fee for the Lodge services is $6200 and we anticipate about $2,000 for other expenses, we are hoping you will be able to make a greater contribution of $100 or $250 or $500 as soon as possible.
* The 6 planning team members have already front funded the basic $1250 Registration Fee which was due on July 05, 2024.

5. Gathering costs:  $6,256.98 for the Lodge Lunch, Bar, and Facility Contract with about $2,000 more in expenses for rentals, supplies and materials, memorabilia packets, and an appreciation plaque for the developer including attendee signatures.
